Recently, I was sent some Jamberry nail wraps to try by the lovely Completely Chelle. I chose some glittery wraps called ‘Apple Cider’, which are a nice neutral colour underneath with a glitter effect from the cuticle; a look I’ve attempted to create many times before with varnish. The wraps are non-toxic and 8-free.
I found the application pretty straightforward and followed this application video on YouTube; I used a hairdryer to heat the wraps, rather than a proper heater. It only took about half an hour to do and I was immediately very impressed with the initial results, as were my work colleagues the next day!
I did feel that I would have liked them to last a bit longer – I ended up removing them after about a week as they were peeling off at the ends -, however I think that may just be because it was my first time using them and I didn’t get the application quite right… they’re usually expected to last 2 weeks on fingers and up to 4 weeks on toes. There are lots of tips and tricks you can find to help them last longer, some of which I tried to stick the ends back down; check out this video for some ideas!
Despite wishing they’d lasted a bit longer, I did really enjoy these nail wraps and would definitely purchase some for myself in the future! There are all sorts of awesome designs available, from french manicure to super intricate patterns! They’re approximately £15 per wrap, with plenty of deals available if you buy a few sets at once!

I love jamberry wraps! The ones you chose are lovely. The idea of them is brilliant. I never have any nails to try them but I wish I did.

These look fab. I don’t usually wear nail wraps as I tend to stick to my faithful Little Ondine polish (or natural nails when I haven’t got the time!). Will have to check these out soon x
They were good, I’d definitely try them again and take note of some of the tips I learned to make them last longer! Also I need to try Little Ondine, they look lovely! X
